Valid for all bookings from 1st September 2023 – 31st August 2024
- Changes to or Cancellation of your Booking
If you need to move the date of your booking or cancel it then the following cancellation terms apply:
For bookings on the 1st – 4th September, 19th, 20th, 30th & 31st October, 19th & 20th December 2023 and 2nd – 5th January, 8th, 9th, 18th & 20th February, 26th – 28th March, 15th & 16th April, 23rd & 24th May, 3rd & 4th June 2024:
- More than 3 months prior to the date of the booking – no charge
- More than 2 months prior to the date of the booking – 50% of the total agreed fee will be charged, and 100% of any expenses already booked and paid for.
- Less than 2 months prior to the date of the booking – 100% of the total agreed fee will be charged, and 100% of any expenses already booked and paid for.
For all other dates:
- More than 2 months prior to the date of the booking – no charge
- More than 1 month prior to the date of the booking – 50% of the total agreed fee will be charged, and 100% of any expenses already booked and paid for.
- Less than 1 month prior to the date of the booking – 100% of the total agreed fee will be charged, and 100% of any expenses already booked and paid for.
2. Changes or Cancellation by Claire Gadsby Associates
Clare will of course make every effort to deliver your training in person at your stated venue. However in the unlikely event that this is no longer possible, the following options will be offered to you:
- If Claire is able to deliver the training on the same date online then you will be offered this option.
- If online is not an option, or you would prefer not to accept this option, then we will try to find an alternative date for your training.
- Should you wish to cancel the training, or no alternative date be found, then any monies due according to the cancellation terms below will be waived and you will be issued a full refund of any monies already paid.
- For all bookings, the liability of Claire Gadsby Associates shall be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid / agreed for the training.
3. Payment
You will be invoiced on the day of the training and payment must be made via BACS transfer. Details of how to pay will be provided with the invoice. If you have provided details of someone in your school to send the invoice to then this will be sent directly to them.
By submitting your booking form it will be accepted that this booking request has been agreed by the Head Teacher/CPD coordinator/appropriate person of your establishment.
